At PustakWala India we strive for a transparent and fair returns process. The policy below governs returns, refunds, and replacements.

Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 3 calendar days from date of delivery unless stated otherwise.

Eligible Cases for Return/Refund:

• Order rejected by customer at door or returned to origin (RTO).

• Order cancelled prior to dispatch.

• Item found out of stock after order confirmation.

• Product received is torn, damaged, defective, or different from the listing.

• Shipment lost in transit by the delivery partner.

Non-Refundable Cases:

• Change of mind or wrong selection by customer.

• Consumables that are opened and used.

• Claims without proper unboxing video or evidence.

• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse.

Mandatory Proof — Unboxing Video:
For all damage/defect claims you must provide an unboxing video recorded in a continuous shot showing sealed outer packaging and the opening process. Claims without video evidence may be rejected.

Return Process & Timeline:

• Approved returns: reverse pickup arranged within 3–5 working days.

• Transit to warehouse: 7–10 working days.

• Quality check: 3–5 working days after receipt.

• Refund (if approved): issued to the original payment method within 5 working days after QC approval.

Replacement:
Replacement provided if the same SKU is in stock and evidence supports the claim. If not available, refund will be issued.

Refund Method:
Refunds are made to the original payment method (card/bank/wallet). Processing time may vary by payment provider.

Legal Jurisdiction:
All disputes under this policy subject to jurisdiction of North West Delhi courts, Delhi, India.
